Terms of service
These terms apply when you use IDPhotos.ai (idphotos.ai) to create, check or order a document photo.
The service
IDPhotos.ai prepares photos for UAE documents and checks them against the photo requirements published by ICP. IDPhotos.ai is independent and is not part of, or endorsed by, any government entity.
After payment, a member of our team checks each photo. If they find a problem, you can send a new photo free, up to the number of free new photos shown on your order page, or choose to use the photo anyway.
Acceptance by the authority
The issuing authority alone decides whether to accept a photo. Our checks reduce the risk of rejection but cannot remove it. If a photo we produced is rejected for a photo-related reason, contact us within 30 days with the rejection message and we will provide a new photo or a refund.
This does not apply if you ordered a photo that our checks marked as needing a retake, or if the rejection is unrelated to the photo.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only photos of yourself, or of a person you are authorised to act for, such as your child.
- Make sure the photo is recent (within six months) and unedited.
- Give accurate contact and delivery details.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams before you pay. Previews and checks are free. Digital files are delivered immediately after payment. Refund requests are handled as described above and under UAE consumer protection law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
